Therefore, all building tenants are required to contribute to joint building maintenance account which covers all the costs related to joint expenditures (water, electricity, insurance etc.) and maintenance (pool, gardens, staircases, etc.). Should you require any additional assistance in your apartment our competent professional team is at your service on daily basis.
