PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES – Considering the customers needs as well as legislative regulations, our team agrees with all buyers on joint management and maintenance of buildings through our trusted associates. In this way, each customer upon acquiring ownership of the property ensures peace of mind knowing that it is being responsibly taken care of. These services include maintaining the building, organizing payment requirements, cost of common consumption (electricity, water, insurance), cleaning of common areas, landscaping and pool maintenance.
