The history behind Tulipan Grupa comprises years of experience of the German investment company Capricornus Group GmbH with its specialized property investment expertise dealing with sales, rentals and maintenance.
Tulipa Grupa projects comprise all segments of development from residential and tourism properties to retail and office premises which position us among one of the leading property investors on the Adriatic coastline.  By this year we have completed the construction of 36 apartments in Novalja, Pag Island and 40 apartments in Okrug Gornji on Čiovo near Trogir. At this point we are finalizing the planning for over 100 residential units in Mokošica, Dubrovnik which are due for construction at the beginning of the year 2010.
